I have read some of the negative reviews below and I believe that the management must have been replaced since most of them were left, as I do not recognize some of the names given. I am currently living at Don Miguel and have since March of this year, and I am enjoying my apartment. The units are maintained well and the scenery is beautiful.

The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. They have even started having drawings and raffles as inscentive for paying rent on time. Fortunately, I havent had to call the maintanence crew for anything in my apartment yet, but I did call in to notify them of a leaking hose faucet outside, which was replaced by the next time I passed by it.

Well, I'm writing this because i was looking around and saw some negative reviews and thought that I could help clarify some of them. I would definately recommend Don Miguel Apartments.
