Upon our first visit everything seemed ok, management was ok and the overall atmosphere seemed nice. Within 2 days of moving in my vehicle was broken into and all my stereo equipment was stolen, my vehicle was parked 10 feet from my front door. The security guard at the time would peruse the parking lot and keep watch while friends of his would break into vehicles and steal whatever they could. The surrounding tenants were horrible, very noisy and confrontational. I also witnessed them doing drugs in the parking lot. Management had one of the maintenance workers cut my main wire to my Direct Tv dish because it was visible from the street, I witnessed this and they refused to do anything about it or replace it. The water pressure was horrible and the sinks would always clog. Every time I would approach management the lady was very argumentative with me, would always send maintenance workers into my apartment while I was away at work and without my authorization. The laundry facilities machines were always out of order. This was the worst place I ever lived, I would not recommend it to anyone. It appears to be in a nice neighborhood but there is always crime going on and most tenants are section 8.

I can offer some advice i used to live there.. all i can say is beware of the management staff they tend to play favorites and once your on their bad side they make you feel uneasy, start looking for another place to live things will not get any better and the management company FDC MGT the owners are even worse to deal with very unprofessional and poorly managed.

What are you talking about! That is ridiculous! Ok, people are doing drugs while the entire staff lives on-site, right! This is the most far fetched laalaaland tale I have ever heard. The managers and the people that work in maintenance staff are very sweet and would never do what you are claiming! I hope you can sleep well tonight with such lies.

For anyone reading these comments, I can assure you that this review HAS to be a hoax! The staff does live on site and my husband and I walk around this complex in the evenings just for some fresh air. It is quiet, peaceful, serene, and we never see anyone or anything suspicious. This review has to be an outright lie! I live here and the staff always ALWAYS asks if they have permission to enter my unit. They are kind and courteous to everyone and I witness this every time I go into the office. I agree with the comment above - this review is nothing more than a far-fetched tale!

If you've ever dealt with the staff at Don Miguel, you know there's absolutely no chance any of the stuff this person wrote could be true. This sounds like somebody who got evicted, or damaged their apartment and lost their security deposit or something.
