Renter Beware!!

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001
 
Trash dumpsters overflow with trash on weekends.

Tenant childern run rampant throughout the complex.

Buildings haven't been painted in over 6 years!

Laundry facilities are inadquate - yet machine rates increase.

Appliances are out dated and often need repair.

Noise from new freeway construction.

NO on-site management - management often not on-site during normal business hours.

Only consistant change is the INCREASE in Rental Rates!!

RENTER BEWARE!
