Loma Vista Woods was great Waterstone is horrible

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I've lived here for two and a half years and loved it until a new company bought them out and the new people are rude, lazy and don't care about anything but money. So what they painted and installed washers and dryers, they are raising my rent 300 a month so needless to say I'm moving. I can rent a house for 1260 a month or at least live in a brand new apt not some 30-40 year old one...don't move here not worth the outrageous money
