I lived in the Lomita Court Apartments for one year. I, being young, had somewhat an active social life. Although my neighbors had no complaints towards me an my roommate, the staff assumed we were troublemakers. Oh well, it happens. Then the parking nightmare, granted, everyone is given a one car garage. But, due to the extreme lack of storage space in the apartment, you have to store anything extra of yours in your garage. If you put little more than a folded card tablke in your garage, you can forget about parking your car in there. The majority of the residents at the complex either park in the lot or out on the street. If everyone in the complex parks in the lot, like they do, it leaves roughly 4 parking spots (total for the lot) for guest parking. Not too helpful when it comes holiday time.

How many parking spaces do you really need? Use your garage for what it is suppossed to be used for A CAR>
