Don't expect it to get fixed. If broken appliances and poorly maintained common areas is your style. WELCOME!
The "creek" they talk about is like a sewer. It doesnt work in someplaces, and the water is stagnant. When I told the managers office. She said that the water in the creek was temporairly turned off, for maintenance. In other words it's broke or they do not know how to fix it.
I saw a dead rat in the creek. They said, we'll take care of it. That was a few days ago. Rat says hello.
The outside lights are always out. on the stairway.
You pay for water, trash and sewer. They dont tell you how it is calculated and they bill you 3 different times each month. You get to play the Lotto to guess which to pay.
The old management Archstone was much better. The place is a mess and they raise the rent each 6 months!
