When my roommate and I moved into Miramonte Apartments we were both excited to be living in what looked like a great place to live. But after living here for a year and half it has lost its appeal to the both of us very quickly. The management gives off the impression that this is an exclusively community in Alta Loma and only tenants with excellent credit and backgrounds can live here. After living here I have never seen so many low-life losers move in here so quickly. There are tenants who play his or her car stereos for everyone to hear even at 2AM. The San Bernardino County Sheriffs have been called numerous times to either arrest or answer calls for disturbing the peace. The gates at the entrance never work and have been vandalized numerous times by residents. And the management looks the other way when tenants are bringing large size dogs to be living inside the apartments. The lighting around the complex is very poor, and many of the lights are out. There have been numerous car burglaries, and there was a female who was attacked in the parking lot in the evening last year. The manager of the apartment complex is not very professional and does not return phone calls, from tenants voicing complaints. The maintenance staff is very slow at responding to work orders placed and have to be reminded. When we were signing our lease we were told that only people with excellent credentials were allowed to live here and assured us that living here would be paradise. The parking is not good, because residents from the surrounding apartment complexes park their vehicles in our lots. And also some tenants have four or more cars. All in all, I would not suggest this apartment complex to anyone that I know because the rent is just to high for a complex that is highly overrated.
