I've lived here nearly a year and there's not a whole lot of good to say about it. The kids are loud. The grounds have the potential to look nice but never realize it. Security is about as big a joke as anything else. Here are just a sampling of some of the problems I've had.
- The mailboxes are highly unorganized. Mine is on the complete opposite side of the property in relation to my apartment even though a collection of mailboxes reside closer. However, that set's main drop-off has had a broken door since before I moved in. Even if my personal mailbox was located there, I wouldn't be able to use it to drop off larger envelopes. My roommate has lived here longer than I have and it's been that way since he moved in.
- Maintenance takes forever to get anything done. For weeks we called to get a branch cut because it blocked our satellite and only after I told them I intended to do the job myself did they actually fix the problem.
- The office lost all records of one of our checks AFTER depositing it.
- No one ever did a walkthrough of the apartment beforehand, so I'm pretty sure I'll never see any of the deposit back when I move out.
This is really just a frustrating place to live. Records and organization are not the highest priorities here which is a shame because the place should be a lot better.
