i just moved in a month ago and here are my complaints already...--
1.still do not have a carport- person in charge keeps saying shes working on it
2.still missing 4 screens-management told me this would be fixed before we moved in. they had two weeks notice before we moved in
3.lots of shady looking people around, not to judge but its true
4. cabinets are old, laminate peeling off and need to be fixed-wanted to charge me 150 bucks extra each month to upgrade them, im sorry but i shouldnt have to pay for somethign that was damaged prior to my move in
5- neighbors bang on the ceiling i guess to tell us we are being loud but we arent!
6- people do not pick up their dog poo poo- my bf has stepped in it twice!

I too live in the Miramonte apartments. I just wanted to respond to the statment you made about your neighbors banging on the ceiling, I have done that. I live on the first floor and my upstairs neighbors have been known to play very very loud music at all hours of the night. I have called the police and office but when it is 2 am and I have a 7am meeting I want it to stop now. I also have the laminate peeling problem.
