This is one of the poorest run apartment complexes I've lived in. The management was nice when I moved in, but that quickly changed. The grounds are trashy. The dumpsters overflow with trash and furniture. The "water feature" is a toxic dump, a breeding ground for swarms of mosquitoes. The entire complex is very poorly lit, when you can find lights that actually work or haven't been smashed by the hoodlums. The stairways are perfect hiding places- nice and dark. I've seen 2 drug deals, heard 3 gunshots, and have been warned- NOT BY MANAGEMENT!!- about a mugging at knifepoint on the property. There are a few very nice people living here, and I can't help but wonder why they stay! There are "gangs" of rude, loud, very rough looking kids wondering the grounds at all hours of the night. Parking is a JOKE!!! The balconies look like they're being held together by pieces of plywood. This place has the feeling of very poorly kept low-income housing.
