I have lived there for a while and cannot wait to get out. The office staff they have are the worst bunch I have seen yet: rude and lazy. The pools are disgusting, you get out with more hair than you did getting in-that is if you can swim past all 30 of someone's family sitting in the pool with T-shirts still on.

Don't go in the spa unless you want a skin disease or to have sex as seems a routine for some of my neighbors. the "spacious patios" are held up by 2x4's since April and won't be fixed any time soon...but you will still pay full price! I only wonder what they tell potential residents.

The "creek" works some days but went about 1 year dry. Someone was robbed at knife point at 9:00am the other day. I awoke to a fire truck/ambulance/police car at 3:00am a few days ago. Getting used to that. A family of 10 moved in to a 2 bedroom. This is not the kind of place you feel comfortable walking at night. The only positive thing I can say is that when the creek is running and it is a nice day, the surrounding nature is relaxing. Did you just hear a gun shot'

Run, hide, do what you must. But don't rent from Miramonte.
