I was there two years, but just moved away a month ago. The name change is cosmetic only, the place is worse than ever.

My AC unit barely worked. It would run and run all day and never cool the unit more than one or two degrees below the outside temperature. When I called maintenance, their paper work simply said, "It works". It didn't.

The trash bins frequently overflow with rotting garbage. The garbage company will empty the bins, but they won't pick up the trash that overflowed around it. When maintenance puts it back in the bins on the same day the trash was hauled away, they are already 2/3rds full!

Security is the absolute worst. When you talk to management, they shrug and say, "You can call the police..."

In the two years I lived there, the quality of my neighbors went down hill dramatically. This is due to either poor screening, reluctance to evict troublesome tenants, and no enforcement of any rules. If you like to see and hear cars peeling out in the parking lot inches from your car, this is the place for you.

The electronic gate rarely worked.

The buildings have wood rot and the porches have limited use because of the mandatory braces that are installed. No one will give you an estimate when remediation is to be completed. The braces went in all the units right after I moved in, and were still there when I moved out.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors on both sides.

The best thing about the place is the landscaping. The ample trees provide a near forest setting, which lures you in and hides all the other problems.

plz dont listin sure i will admit that i have seen no bug ezcept spiders at the play area but sure the matnet sucks but just give it a shot!!! ohh and if u r over 10 yrs old and under 13 than i am the right girl for u i am 12 and i like livin here so give it a shot!!1 no joke i am 12 trust me plz move in i have lived here for 6 to 7 yrs
