From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   first off, the old management was relaxed, but at least they were cool. the NEW management is both lazy AND rude. off the top of my head, the gates and the remotes dont work properly, the balconies have been either boarded or covered with 2x4s for over 2 years making it nearly impossible to use them to their fullest enjoyment (keeping in mind the management tells residents 'it will be done SOON'), management wouldnt help out with cable problem for first 3 months (i had no cable), my car was almost towed for being in my own LEGAL carport, management has entered apartment before without notifying me before, my neighbor that lives below me was held at knife point and had her purse taken at 10am (there is little if not any security), people park behind cars which block residents from leaving carports (and the management does nothing). every comment you see written is true, these apartments are BEAUTIFUL with nice views and landscaping , but the management has made me want to move.
