From day ONE I did not get the apartment I was GUARANTEED. The apartment they gave me had dirty walls from the prior tenent, no new paint, the carpet was oily and filthy, holes in the walls and door, closet doors were off the tracks, bathroom and kitchen were FILTHY and had not been cleaned by a professional service. Management PROMISED they would replace the carpet, but I had to move ALL of my furniture out 2 days after I had moved in! The complex was sold to new owners and for the past 10 months all of the balconies are held together by nine 2x4's and I can not take one step without injurying my leg (fire hazard also). Plumbing is terrible. Dumpster is a pig pen and was lit on fire last month! Managemnet is very RUDE and unprofessional. I have witnessed outright LIES to prospective tenents about the "renovation" to each unit. I have asked for my rent to be pro-rated to offset the square footage for the unuseable and unsafe balcony and management won't even consider it. Management always makes mathamatical errors on the rent paperwork and then delivers a 3 day notice to pay-or-vacate due to their errors! The head manager literally threw me out of her office with a loud scream when I brought up the subject in front of a prospective new tenent! The truth is that every balcony is rotten and unsafe. Too many gang kids and drug dealers live here too. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SLUM !!
