Ive lived in this hell hole for a year and a half now and almost every bit of the time here as been a living hell. first off, when they got new management they must have hired anybody who passed the 2nd grade. the people (especially the manager) in the office are all rude as hell and dont listen to a word you have to say. they lose your rent at least once every six months and then give you a 3 day notice to pay or leave. the patios have been under construction since ive moved in and they were supposed to be fixed about a year ago. everytime you go into the office and ask them about it they have no clue when they will be ready and i get the feeling that they could care less because they arent living here. the plumbing sucks. all the pipes underground are either blocked or have roots growing into them. my apartment floods at least once a week and when i go into the office and show them what is coming up out of the pipes they just call the maintenance people who come out and clean it up and assume the problem is fixed just cause they cleaned the carpet. it doenst take a freaking genius to know that the pipes are clogged but to get it through the managers head would take an act of god. she could care less about all her tenants and she wont even take the time to talk to you half the time. ive been dealing with the plumbing for over a year now and they still havent fixed the problem. Another big problem here is the security, they think there the damn FBI. they come and harrass you if you are sitting on your patio past 10 oclock at night (and sometimes even before 10). They all carry a loaded weapon which when you sign your contract here it says that they dont even carry a weapon. dont bother telling the manager though cause it goes in one ear and out the other. not much of a brain there, just air. pretty soon someone is going to get shot and then maybe they will realize that they do carry a gun. The security is supposed to be for parking only but they like to pretend they are the police and like to take all matters into there own hands. life here is a living hell and i would never ever want anybody to go through what ive been through. i would never recommend this place to anybody and if you do move here. WATCH OUT!!!
