I have been here for 9 months now and should give birth to an ulcer any day now. Although the new management has made progress in improving the appearance of the complex, it has yet to address the crumbling balcony problems and, when questioned about a construction schedule, reply with; "We are waiting on the necessary permits". I am still required to pay full rent, even though I am unable to fully use my balcony. The overall construction is mediocre at best, with zero noise insulation between the floors or connecting walls. The "Security" gates are forever broken - currently, the entry gate is stuck in the open position, and has been this way for weeks.Management does absolutely nothing to control the noise coming from the numerous individuals who believe EVERYBODY should hear their car stereo at sound levels that cause the buildings to vibrate. It is now 11:45 P.M. as I write this ( I cannot sleep due to the noise emanating from my upstairs neighbor) and in the past 15 minutes, no less than 3 different vehicles have driven under my balcony with their music loud enough to cause the water in my aquarium to ripple.
This complex at best is a turd and should be flushed of both low life residents and unconcerned owners/management. If there is an available apartment in Hell, I think it would be a better option than living here. Without a doubt, I will NOT be renewing my lease, and am currently seeking a new home for myself. DO NOT EVEN CONTEMPLATE LIVING HERE - RUN AWAY, DON'T LOOK BACK - JUST RUN!!!!!!!!!!!

recently sent to the management co:
i'm not one of your unfortunate tenants, but a friend has lived for 9 years on what has recently become one of your properties, just yesterday receiving notice of an impending $270/mo rent increase; his neighbors, some of whom have lived on the property since it was built in the late '80s, have received notice of similar increases. how do you people sleep at night? there is no defensible argument to be made for this ripoff. the fact that the law does not prevent you from doing it does not excuse you from complicity in what is nothing less than outright robbery, whether of your own accord or on behalf of greedy owners. let's not talk about 'market value;' that's --------. long-term conscientious tenants have earned the right to reasonable rents on safe, quiet, well-maintained properties, instead of unconscionable rent increases while having to endure deteriorating conditions brought on by management's utter failure on every level. there used to be values called decency and fairness, which have apparently been supplanted in this state by avarice and greed. is it any wonder people are leaving in droves? when you finally drive out all the good tenants who can no longer afford to live there, the place will be filled with section 8 trash and 18 illegals to a room, which won't really matter to you, since you don't have to live there, and it's all about the money anyway, right? have a nice day.

I moved out after my rent increase. I would have been happy to pay it if the place was kept clean, patios functional, and the neighbors quiet. I couldn't stand it, so I left.
Now I live next door in Borgata, renting a condo from the owner for less money, and I like it so much better.
