This place sucks on all levels, everything previously said is true. I literaaly had mold in my complex and I wasn't told about the rent increase mind you the third in 2 years until literally the day before my lease was up and when I informed them of this they just acyt like the didn't care they have misplaced many payments. The noise level is ridiculous. Do not Do not move here you'll probably be better off at the low income apartments down the street.

My thought to the people complainting, first they need to learn how to spell before they start talking crap and second maybe if they knew how to speak with the management about the problems they are having management would take care of it. No matter where you go in So Ca your going to run into the problems of people breaking into your car. My parents live in North Upland its a very nice upscale neighborhood and their neighbor still got their car broken into. So it really doesn't matter where you live. So take the time and talk to management like a human being and not some ghetto ass person and your problems will be taken care of!!!!!

Delore...before you talk ---- on people about spelling...There is no "T" in complaining. so you also need to learn how to spell, and madison park is a dump!

Delore have you lived in this complex? This place is AWFUL! I have lived in many apartment complexes in southern CA over the years, nothing has been anywhere near as bad as this place. Our time in this complex from the instant we moved in was awful. We were there for 1 1/2 years and dealt with everything from items like the heat not being repaired for over a week only to find out that they forgot to call in the repair when I called in the first place. Most things in the unit that needed to be repaired never were. We had construction for 2 months that was like living in a war zone. The noise was insane. We were blocked from entering or leaving our unit (or threatened with fines for walking on the pavement) SEVEN times in the period of about 3 weeks...sometimes with notice, but usually without. To compensate the residents during this lovely time our rent was raised to bring it "up to market value"...this place is not even close to the standard of other apartments in the area. The basketball courts and pool attract the "residents" from the low income housing down the block. Management knows this but does nothing. We listen to SCREAMING all hours from the BB courts. Forget going to sleep at a decent hour, this goes all night most nights. Sure, some of these things go on in other complexes...but I have never seen any of it to this extreme.
