As you first drive up to this complex your impressed by the tall green trees swaying with the mountain breeze, right in front a beautiful pool begs you to jump in. The office for "managment" and I use that word lightly is modern, the plasma Tv and lap tops make you feel that you have just stepped into a place you can really call home.

And then.....

You drive around the corner to be greeted by over flowing dumpsters with a swarm of flies hovering over and the fumes of hot garbage fill the air. The grounds are littered with trash, the basketball courts have rocks the size of small boulders, not quite ready for a little one on one. The gym if you want to call it that is dark, why' because the lights dont work but that's ok because the equipment does'nt either. It's almost criminal that they list this as a ammenity. Soon after move in your car will probably be burglarized time and time again. If your lucky your home will not be burglarized like mine was. You will be woken up at the middle of the night by drunken idiots fighting. NO security to call dont even bother asking. Eventually your sink and or shower will start leaking and the people they have to fix it WONT. Dont let its look decieve you, if you drive by this place please please ignore the FREE RENT SIGN, ask yourself why would they by giving free rent away in Rancho, then step on the gas peddle and never look back.

walk out your apt sometime and see the truth been here and year and its that bad and more!

I agree with you! I live here and it has been so bad. Maintenance is just awful. In my case, heater is not working. They came to fix it las January, nothing. February, nothing! They said, the thermostat need to be changed. They changed it. Still not working ! Blows cold air. Also, the appliances are very old. I complained that the dishwasher has pointed parts that prick my finger every time, and they say, that management won't replace it! The toilets and the kitchen sink are usually clogged and it takes forever for someone to come and fix it. Please, think twice before moving here !
