We have lived here on and off over the past decade. My husband first lived here inthe 90's and loved it, which is why he moved back later in the early 2000's. We moved here together in '06 and it's been a nightmare ever since. The management has changed hands since we moved in and it wasn't that great to begin with. We've had multiple problems with our AC pouring water from the ceiling, which took more than four months for them to fix. Partially due to the fact that most of the maintenance workers barely understand english. The garbage disposal breaks down every couple of months and the sprinklers run for 10 or more hours at a time. The light in the basketball court stays on until well after three in the morning and if you're anywhere near them it's like the light of day shining into your bedroom. People stay on the courts sometimes even after the lights do finally go out and those facilities are susposed to be closed after 10PM. The office staff can be nice, but that is rare, there is such a high turn around in the office staff that you never know if the person that handled your problem this week will even be there the next. When you try to solve a problem they will smile and tell you that your problem will be fixed but it either takes forever to get done or just never happens. The manager herself has a really bad attitude and is currently on a power trip. Every little infraction is now being enforced whether you've been given a warning or not. There is also a lot of petty theft and some not so petty. We've known of residents cars being broken into, stolen and we've also had major items stolen.

FREE RENT sign out on the fence, gee I wonder why. Residents are moving out of here as soon as their leases are up and they can't get people to move in. This place is awful. The management are like members of the Gestapo in ---- Germany and we're living in Ghettos afraid to complain because the treatment will only get worse.

Run, run, run as fast as you can from this place!!!!

your response is right on!! we have had the maintenance out more than 4 times to fix the heater and they still say there is nothing wrong with it. We have had issues with problems that should have been fixed months ago but when we ask about it they either dont remember or act like it should have been done already but it still has not been fixed. And there is a major dog barking problem. Dog friendly is fine but if every step you take has to be a cautious one so you dont step in dog poop thats going too far or forget about having your windows open sine the dogs dont stop barking. I have personally complained several times as well as many others that I know about. but I think the dogs will live her longer than I will
