I work full time and have a family here. I feel secure and the main leasing and directing staff are professional and communicative. I had some issues with the facility, and when I processed the requests per the requirements, they were addressed the same day. They listened to my issues, and made adjustments so that I could remain a resident here. I wanted a short term lease, while looking for a permanent home after relocating at my employer's request. I have never been broken into, I do not have noisy neighbors, and even though there are low rents, which attract criminal elements, and short term leasers, it is a community effort to address these, and not the management staff alone. They do not live here. So if you live here, and have a legitimate complaint form a committee like neighborhood watch, and make things happen. This is a residential living community, not Heaven.
