i just moved here 2 months ago and am already hating it. the parking is a joke. I am young and female and i hate having to park out in b.f.e and walk to my apartment at night when i get home from work. half the time the gate is broken anyways and i have to squeeze my huge truck through the crack that someone already pushed open, or race through the other side when someone is exiting the complex. the rent is extremly high priced for what you get. the stairs are never swept, are always dusty, and that dust gets tracked into the apartment and onto the carpet every day. and when it rains the water pools on the steps and gets my shoes all wet when i walk up or down them. also, i don't know if the roofs are made of tin or what, but it sounds like rocks are hitting it when it rains. the staff, to put it bluntly are white trash imbecile's who don't know what in god's name they are doing. my roomate didn't even get a key because they didn't have enough. we also only got on garage door opener. once when my roomate was parked in the same parking space (legally!!) for two days he got this absurd, ridiculous notice about being condemned to hell if he didn't move his truck...! yah - don't ask me. whatever. this place sucks a big fat one.
