Parking here is TERRIBLE. The office staff caters to people they like or they just ignore complaints about their favorite tenants. My neighbor has complained about numerous items in the complex like dogs of every type (including Pit Bulls) allowed to live here and use the restroom anywhere in the complex. Parking rules are not enforced. Tenants park in red zone or with cars that are not registered or running. The other tenants must park on the street in front of the complex where cars are broken into. There are numerous tenants that play their car stereos like its a nightclub day and night. The office staff looks the other way. The lighting around the complex is not maintained properly and there has been lights out for several months and one over a year. Don't move here unless you like a pool that is segregated by race. Young teens run wild here and gather in large groups smoking and who knows what.
