My husband and I lived there only three months....the worst three months of my life. The office staff was horrible. Whenever we'd walk into the office and they were busy with someone, they would not even wave an acknowledgement wave. Maintenance staff terrible as well. The rent was the highest rent I have ever seen for such a crappy apartment. I hardly felt safe at the pool or driving through the property. There were kids everywhere; always running in front of my car almost causing me to hit them. The office staff lied to us when we first moved in about what fees were due, and we had the worst time coming up with more money orders at that time of day just to pay for the freakin' apartment. And then the fees to break the lease-OUTRAGEOUS! They are money hungry asses who I have tried to block from my memory. Needless to say, I was rubbed the wrong way and am sour towards California. We moved back to the Midwest soon after getting there.

I CATN EVEN BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW BAD THE STAFF IS HERE. AND THE STAFF LIED TO US ABOUT WHAT WAS DUE ALSO.
