NOT A BAD PLACE TO LIVE

This complex is not a bad place to live. It has it's share of problems like every other apartment complex. The parking is bad but that's because the complex is filled with inconsciderate morons who fill up there garage with crap and have to park outside. "Use your garage for what it is meant for, idiots"! Most of the problems are created from the tennants. The gate was broken several times because people are too lazy to get a gate card. Instead they plow down the gate like we live in Iraq or something. The only really bad problem I have is that people like to park their car right in front of my garage in a red zone. Nothing a little dog crap on their door handle can't fix. The staff is a little unapproachable but I would be too if 3/4th of the tennants were lazy dumbasses. I'm renuing my lease this year for another six months. All the problems we needed fixed were completed in a reasonable amount of time. I think that all the other people that reviewed this complex are a little critical and have never lived in an apartment before in their life. It is a little expensive for a one bedroom but then again what isn't expensive in southern california. I lived in a number of apartments throughout the area and this place rates better than most. The area is getting bad and that's because of low income housing. It's getting bad but not there yet.
If your picky, this place isn't for you. If you know the problems your going to deal with in any apartment complex then this won't be bad at all.

The lazy people who can't get cards are charged a non-refundable $50 so that we cant 'hand them out to friends'. Things get misplaced and stolen since we have to park on the street.
