Since the manegement changed in 2002,things have defenatly gone down hill.The first year was BAD but we have seen improvements since then. Things will eventually be taken care of if you have the patience to wait. The parking situation is a NIGHTMARE, expect a 5-10 min walk if you come home after 7 p.m. and don't bother complaining about it, you will just hear a new bunch of excuses. The rent is above average for Rancho Cucamonga and raised substantouly each year. The teens in the complex do tend to "hang out" in particular areas completly unsupervised and EXTREMELY loud. However, are usually in the house by 9 p.m. I have no idea if we have security any more,we used to have what looked to be a 16 year old kid drive by a couple times a night but havn't seen anything in a while.
The office staff can be EXTREMELY rude if you catch them on a bad day, but have become more tolerable over the past year.
The grounds are pretty, and the view is incredible.We are in a great location for freeway access and shopping. The architecture of the buildings is modern,inside and out.I also enjoy the "pet friendly" community.We have been here for 3 years and will resign again only because we are to lazy to move right now.
