Wow, after reading some of the other reviews, i'm sorry so many have had bad experiences. I'm surprised though, because I've actually had a very good experience here.
Only a few bad things, parking sucks! I only have one car & i use my garage, so it's cool. i think the parking is so bad because so many people don't even put their car in the garage, they use it for a work or weight room or something. and yes the gate still doesn't work all the time, but they do get someone here fast to fix it.
Otherwise, I love my apt. i have an attached garage, huge patio, it's very comfortable, and i don't mind all the kids hanging out, this is a family place what do you expect. none of them have ever almost ran into my car, they always move aside. Nice nieghbors, nice place to live.
