Notice how people giving good reviews have been here for 3 months up to a year or so' That's because they are in the 'honeymoon' phase.
1. Management does not give a crap about you. Nothing gets improved, fixed or regulated. Oh but they do have plenty of invasive "inspections".
2. Parking - You are pretty much out of luck if you get home anytime after 6pm and you aren't using your garage for whatever reason (another adult that drives in the household). You may get something in a further lot, but you may also end up on the street where SEVERAL CARS HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO. This includes my vehicle and my sister's twice as well as others.
3. Like I said nothing gets fixed. The gym equipment has been broken for several months. The gate gets busted and this may be because there is no code to get in. If you ,or more likely your guests, don't have a card you can't get in. You can be buzzed in, but many people no longer have land lines due to cell phones.
This is the tip of the iceberg, as I have many problems with these folks constantly. We have lived here about 6 years or so and it is sad. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
