Look elsewhere.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I recently moved out, so here is the bad and the good....The apartment itself wasn't bad, it's what was outside that made it horrible. Parking was nonexistent and the tenants let their kids run around without any supervision. There were groups of teens that roamed around and I felt like that area was soon to be a gang zone. Maintenance was bad, they took their time to fix even small items. One night we were woken up by the fire department (along w. other tenants) because the sprinkler system went haywire and flooded the upstairs apartment and my ceiling was starting to leak. The fireman told us the manager wasn't letting them enter the building! The "gate" to protect the tenants was always broken and I saw it closed twice. You can hear the upstairs neighbors and the freeway. Trash was everywhere and it smelled like garbage in the mornings. On the positive side, it was convenient to Safeway and to fast food and shopping. I would recommend looking mre towards Victoria Gardens mall which has upper end apartments near it.
