Seriously, this place is a dump...I've lived here six months and pay a ridiculous amount of money for rent. The staff is unfriendly. Parking is awful. Oh and the kids...I understand that "families" live in apartments to, but that is no reason to let your kids run around in the middle of the street. I've almost hit a couple and I have sooo many dings from the kids hitting it with random toys. Oh and some smart parent decided to give their kids airsoft guns...so i have plastic bbs all over my backyard from them shooting at my back window. there is a dog that gets out constantly and attacks other dogs, and in some cases people. the worst part for me is living on the first floor. you see i pay extra money so i don't have to walk upstairs...lots of extra money...i do not want to hear the people above me boning! i don't think they are being extra loud..you can just hear everything. i can't wait to move out and save my money because this place is definitely not worth it. p.s. theere are drug dealers that walk the path ways all day and all night to meet up with their "homies"...i never leave my blinds open who knows what they are looking to steal...
