The parking and the maintenance are the main issues here for me. I truly dislike living here but am waiting it out because I don't want my son to have to change schools. I gave up asking maintenance to fix issues because they don't get it done right. They are sloppy and messy. My heater/air cond unit has some type of electrical connection issue I've reported many times and they've come but the problem persists. When I moved in the blinds were hung all wrong. My washer/dryer weren't hooked up correctly. It's like they don't care and just rush. They do not do good work at all - you are better off doing it yourself and saving the mess, trouble and frustration. What can I say about the parking' Basically, there isn't any. And yes the freeway noise can be heard pretty loud especially at night. The office staff has always been nice but also have that "we barely care" type of attitude. I rented at Terrace Apartments before for $500 less a month and what a difference! I wish I could go back to that little apartment complex in the ghetto where things were done right!
