Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Apartments are quiet. Neighbors are never seen, parking is horrible for guests and rent is raised after 1 year. However, it is on a month by month after 6 months. Maintnance is quick to respond. Pools are never crowded and office staff friendly. lots of complaints from the thin walls. Serqurity not friendly, will tow cars.
