I have been living in Sunridge Pines for 6 months now. I really love it. Before I moved in, management gave us new carpet, paint, doors, and an upgraded kitchen. I live on the Hermosa side and it is very quiet, even though the kids are out playing and the freeway is right around the corner. I was surprised to hear that one of the past tenants had COCKROACHES, because I don't have COCKROACHES, i've never seen any bugs, except for ants, but that's to be expected. Lastly, the office staff is very helpful and most recently they have added more parking for quest. I would recommend these apartments.
