I feel this place has too many problems from garbage disposal problems, faulty water heaters that leak, pipes in the apartments above that leak, causing water damage, cheap carpets that shed furballs when walked on, all this for such high rent' Also the parking situation isn't at all optimal, its very difficult to get spaces close to your unit, not to mention the negligence of the maintenece crew when called upon to fix things, they do either a half assed job, or leave things behind and neglect to clean up after themselves. ANd they want to up the rent next year for inferior living conditions'
