Apartment living at it's worst! From: bugtussel Date posted: 1/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I have lived in many different States and this has been one of the worst places I have ever lived, the management is the most inept I have know(in my opinion). I have several big problems and too many small ones to list. I have brought them all to the attention of the management here and at Corpate, they not only did nothing but have in my opinion, brushed me off. One of the biggest problems was they moved heavy smokers under me,(I am a non-smoker)now I can not open my windows and had to seal the holes under my cabnets in order to not have my apartment smell like an ashtray!I don't know what harm it will do my health but their answer was for me to "just get out if I was unhappy". I have never see a complex that did not enforce their rules as this one doesn't or care less about their tenents! Parking is a nightmare and the residents have become horrible to each other because of the lack of response or support by the staff. I have a leak in my bathtub and because it is not harming anything I can not get it stoped(I have talked to everyone from the maintenence people to the Cropate office). The cabinets and repairs are done a cheap as possible(maintenence can only do what they are allowed and with what they are given). There is a $600.00 pet deposit and $25.00 per month pet rent, yet there is dog crap all over the front lawn at my building.I guess they can't afford to pick it up after charging those rates. My latest problem is their entering my unit without my being there and/or my permission, this will be the end for me! "I would reccomend that you run as far as possible from these apartments as you can! If you are in this complex ask the maintenence people and don't waste your time with management at all, it is easier to get something done(if their can do it they will)"
