be very cautious before moving in. ask about your future surroundings. come and check the surrounding for noise, animals and vandalism if near the street. although new tenants from what i understand may recieve a decrease in rent of approx $300.00 i happen to know this as fact. new neighbors are paying $950.00 for the exacts same apt and location as myself. I am paying $1,300.00 no washer/dryer, garage. 2br 1 bath, far side of the complex on the street. like i said be cautious
