We haven't had really any problems. Our lease is almost up and we were willing to stay longer if the month-month wasn't too expensive and it is almost $300 more than our current rent, which in my opinion is not even worth it. We can hear our neighbors close doors and drawers in the kitchen, music playing all the time and dogs barking. They say they are pet friendly, but $800 deposit it totally ridiculous (the is the Lewis community rate for pets). The grounds are very pretty and the people that work here are nice. We live on the side that faces the condos and people always jump the wall and are screaming. We had mice and so did our neighbor and it was really hard to get a hold of the office when we needed them. Overall it is ok, but I am glad our lease is up soon.
