Woodbend is a great starter apartment complex-the rent is reasonably priced considering the area. There aren't a lot of extras as far as the design of the apartment goes but if you are looking for a simple and clean apartment complex this is it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although rent has gone up a bit since I moved in, it should be understood that they have been making improvements on the property and it is still a good deal. I have recommended this complex to friends. We moved here in a pinch and have enjoyed the apartment enough to stay for 3 years!
