Decent - This place has been remodeled. So it looks very nice on the outside, there are lots of trees, plants, flowers ect. The only apartments that are actually nice looking are the ones that have hardwood flooring in them. Don't waste your time!! - I lived here for a year and it was terrible. The neighbors are so loud and the paper thin walls are no help. The landlord does monthly inspections which become tedious and a hassle after a while. They do respond well to repair that are needed though.
