Arbor Park Apartments

Nice place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   The good: The rent is reasonable, plus it's under rent control so no horrible rent increases year after year. I lived here for over a year in 2003-2004, then came back to live here in 2007. The staff is nice and responsive, every one of our neighbors are quiet and respectful. You have Stater Brothers right across the street, plus Blockbuster and CVS. Quick access to the 91 and 57 freeways also. Walls are thick, never hear a thing outside. Very well-maintained grounds ( I live on the Romneya side of the complex, with the running stream and beautiful flowers). The staff is always holding ice cream socials, BBQs, etc. The pool and spa are nice enough, used it a couple of times. Great views of the mountains from our top-floor expansive balcony. The bad: My parking space is assigned a far walk from my apartment, would be nice to have one in the carport below. Too many people insist on prying open the security gate to get in and out, which usually results in it being broken for a few days.
