just say no!

Move to Avanti if you want a small, overpriced apartment, trashy neighbors, noisy, noisy (can I stress noisy') living and paper thin walls; unorganized management... The complex is next to the Anaheim Police Dept., so there are sirens at all hours of the day, most frequently at 4am. The walls are so thin I can hear everything (yes, everything!) my neighbors do in their bedrooms on the two neighboring walls of my bedroom and above me. You can also hear the fireworks everynight, which we can't see, but the nightly show sounds like a thrity minute drive-by shooting. The 'subterreanen parking' gararge floods everytime it rains, so you can tredge through puddles which go as deep as 1 foot, to get to your car after every rain. The pool area is well maintained, however everytime you think of using the facilities, there are either half a dozen unsupervised children running around or some skanky couple doing their thing in the hottub. If you're thinking of moving to Avanti, think again. I've had problem after problem after moving in here, I cannot stress what a bad choice it was to sign a lease here and I can't wait to move out. The property looks nice from afar, but up close this place is miserable and not worth the $$. Think twice about this one and just say NO to Avanti!
