Poor Management

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
I lived here when the converted from summerhill plaza to avanti. New amature Management was very unprofessional. Did not know how to run an apartment complex. No People skills . Place did look a little nicer but the price was unbelievable. Rent price to value was not good. Screwed us on our deposit. We left the place in better shape than before we moved in. Will never recomend these people to anyone. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.
