I have been living in a lower level apartment for about 3 months now. I love it! The apartment is very cute and on the side right by the police station. You can definitely hear the sirens sound at various hours of the morning and afternoon, but it's not a big deal. All of my neighbors are very quiet. I've had a couple problems with the sink and door, but they were fixed immediately and the guy that did the work was very nice. It's a very nice looking apartment building, and you can even see the fireworks from disneyland if you stand in the front. Overall, it is a great apartment and I would recommend it to anyone.
