Recently the dogs have moved inside to do their business, it is no longer a problem confined to the outside parking lot; it seems some dog owners are too lazy to walk the animal outside and just open the door for them to roam the common area spreading urine and excrement all over the place.

My neighbor has been trying to get management to get involved in doing something to try to minimize the problem, but has been unable to. Recently he was told my management that it is impossible to do something about the problem and that it was up to us, the tenants, to do something about the problem. Imagine going to a store, seeing dog urine and excrement all over the entrance and the owner of the store asking you, the customer, to clean it up because ??it is your store??

That leaves us with no other option than to organize, collect signatures and seek help from the Anaheim board of health. Another option we are exploring is to pay a company to come in and clean the mess and deduct the cost off our rents. That is our right under the current California Tenant regulations and should get management motivated to do something about the problem.

Overall I agree with all the other posters, it is a nice place, a little expensive and devoid of a good management team.
