Insulting to call this guy a manager

I second everything that has been said so far about this place. The source of the problem is the manager. I complained numerous times to the parent management company, but got nowhere. It is perplexing that in view of all the complaints the receive they still keep this guy running the place, but he must be making them money.
Also you should check up the parent company, Stratus with the Better Business Bureau so you can see how many un-answered complaints they have against them, before moving to the new place we made sure we found out if it was managed by Stratus to make sure we did not fall in the same trap.
We lived there one year and could not wait to get out, they kept all our deposit money, do not for a second think you are going to be different, they have a source of income in your deposit that they will not let go of.
The new place we are living at has its problems, but it is light years ahead in management attitude, it makes a world of difference when the manager walks around the property once or twice a week and asks the tenants if there is anything she can do for you and when you ask it gets taken care of it promptly. It does not take a rocket scientist to run an apartment complex efficiently, profitably, but keeping the tenants (customers) in mind.
I give Guillermo a big fat zero in common sense.
