I have lived here for almost two years and have been very happy with my apartment. I was able to have the same rent ($995) for my studio for two years, but now they are raising it to $1,148, plus $25/mo. for pet rent, which is disappointing as this used to be one of the very few nice-looking, affordable apartments that did not charge for pet rent. If I could afford the new rent, I would stay.

Other than that, no major complaints. The only work I've had done to my apartment is have a light bulb replaced in the bathroom. I love the underground parking except once in a long while when the pipes above start leaking and it gets onto my car.

I've started apt hunting already and the more I look, the more I appreciate this apartment.
