.... I renewed my lease hear at Avanti. I am very happy with the way things turned around hear.There used to be this Jerk who moved me in, but he is long gone. The staff actually seems like they care about your needs. The leasing consultant is friendly and helpfull. The manager is a kind and maintenace is on top of things hear. They recently resurface guest parking and put in new pool furniture which is nice to have since I take my kids to the pool. The price is a little up there but it its worth it.
