I've lived here for 6 months so far and the place is well kept and pretty clean but the only bad thing is parking is horrible. The leasing agents tell you there is plenty of room for a second car but there isn't!!! Plan on parking the second car across the street if you are home after 4:30pm. Also, there have been a couple of cars in spots that haven't moved for 6 months!!!! They probably don't even run. Other than that, the square footage is amazing!!!! Nice apartments with plenty of room. One more thing, it is caddy corner of a hospital and on the same street as the fire department so plan on hearing sirens about 10-15 times a day.
