We lived there for no more than one year, we were stolen for twice times.
Once time, on a Sunday afternoon, all of the Honda cars logo were peeled off from the cars.
Once time, my neighbor were so frightened when she opened the outside closet door
(in the covered parking area)see a guy sleeping inside in the night.
In the beginning of May 2006, all stuff in my garage closet were totally stolen. And as far as we know, a lot of residents were suffered too.
The worst thing is after anything bad happened, the rental office never ever inform the all the other residents when recieved complaints. They always pretended nothing to do with them. Very bad!
Some of the washing and drying machines have gone bad for almost a year, they never fix them or change them. In our building, there are totally 32 units, should share 4 washing and 4 drying machines. In fact, only 4 washing and 2 drying machines are working. So, it's very inconvenient.
And the parking lot is so limited and crowd.
And remember they usually will not return the deposit to you.
