I lived here for five years between 2002 and 2007.

The facilities are not very well maintained, the turnover in the rental office is high and the quality of tenants living here is something to be desired.

They replaced all the washers and dryers only to have them break soon thereafter. Also, there are a lot of inconsidserate people who leave their laundry in the machines all day long or those who take your laundry out of the machine and dump them in the garbage just five minutes after your wash cycle is over! I had expensive lingerie stolen from my washer - didn't realize there were perverts living here as well!!!

They cannot afford a decent repairman so the one that comes around does a half ass job and you end up with the same problem over and over again. The pipes leaked, the stove was old and all the burners did not function, the water heater never provided enough hot water for a decent shower. The fans in the bathrooms did not work well so mold was a constant problem. The seals around the windows leaked so the place was always drafty.

Kids running around at all hours was a problem. Noisy, inconsiderate neighbors were a constant annoyance.

On the day that I moved out, three of my neighbors were moving out as well.

Hi, We have seen the apartment, its ok but looks like lot of problems after seeing all these reviews. Is it really not good?
