At first it is all fine and dandy. Then you move in! My garbage disposal was broken, my air conditioner would not turn off, and they have painted over my cabinets so much, they don't even close. It took them 3 weeks to fix my air conditioner and my garbage disposal, and then they had to spray 3 times for ants. There is only ONE person in th eoffice that I will deal with (Susan) and the other two are -------s. I CAN'T WAIT to get the hell out of here. Gardners at 7 AM!!!!... families of 9 living in a ONE BEDROOM.... stray cats meowing at your back door in th emiddle of the night... neighbors children SCREAMING and running around above you at 5 AM!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!

I do agree about it being horrible, everything you say is true, but I've lived here over 5 years and have never had a working air conditioner or heater but rent raises like $150. Cats I don't mind, they're not an issue sorry.
